  • I've been going to this location for 2 years now and don't know why I waited this long to review because the service and staff at this location are phenomenal! My first visit was by default, I had a flat and AAA towed my car here because it was the closest location. In speaking with the representative, he told me I'd most likely have to get a new tire since I drove more than 1 mile on the flat, but they would take a look and let me know. To my surprise, they were able to fix the flat and it was only $25 - I was ecstatic! Due to this visit and the fact they didn't take advantage of me, I began to return for oil changes on a regular basis and the customer service has been top notch! (Note: The oil change takes about 1-1.5 hours, however I feel good knowing they are being thorough and not just pushing me through like some of the quicky oil change shops. They do offer popcorn and refreshments while you wait!) Recently, my brake light went on and conveniently I had an oil change scheduled so I had them add on a brake inspection during this visit. John called me and let me know there was a recall on my Jeep and the car wasn't safe to drive, which no one wants to hear, however again the customer service received exceeded my expectation and John arranged to have my car towed to a nearby dealership and even followed up for me! And since this was a recall situation, everything was covered! I asked about paying for the oil change and they weren't even concerned about payment, it was more important that my car was fixed and safe to drive - they told me to come in and pay when I could..WHAT? No one does that. You guys rock. In a day and age where customer service has lost its meaning, I'm glad to know there are still businesses out there that care about the customer and this Conrad's has given me the BEST customer service. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Conrads!
