We moved to Las Vegas to escape the cold damp climate that was affecting our senior Maltese's chronic arthritis. We chose a veterinarian that was close to our house, but sadly they proved to not be the right choice for our family. Even worse was that we discovered this when it was time for her to pass on. As you can imagine, the emotional strain was compounded by needing to find someone immediately to help her make that journey. Thankfully, I recalled my employer speaking of Dr. Snead and raving about how wonderful he is.
Their rave reviews of Dr. Snead and his staff were an understatement.
These people at Valle Verde had never met us. They were meeting us under the worst circumstances possible. Not to mention; I'm a rough chick from North Jersey and come off as aggressive even under the best conditions. Shannon treated us as though she had known us her entire life and walked us through the procedure efficiently and with incredible kindness.
Then Dr. Snead came in.
I'm somewhat stuck here now for words. 2000 miles from home, experiencing the worst moment of my life.
This man is not just a veterinarian. He is an angel amongst us.
With Sophia gone now, we have no reason to stay here. But I will never forget the great Dr. Snead for the rest of my life.
Eternally grateful for this staff.
