I submitted a claim for a stolen phone, along with all of the required documents on September 15. My $249 deductible was paid. Angelo did offer to send me a phone, but he informed me that it had scratches on the sides and the glass. I told him that I would wait to get an undamaged phone. Little did I know that after that, no one at Esurranty would answer my phone calls or respond to my emails. As of May 25, 2017, I still have not received a replacement phone or a check that will allow me to buy a replacement on my own. Sadly, I have been paying monthly for a phone that I don't even have!
