| - I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Dr. Kelley was on my insurance list of PCP. I made an appt and the office called to move it up an hour so the doctor could leave early. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time and the front desk cancelled once I was there.. They didn't even bother to call ahead. I took work off early, and arrived an hour and a half earlier than my first appointment time (so the doctor would have an hour and half before he needed to leave). The staff was rude to ME when they cancelled my appointment! When I asked why they didn't call me in advance, they rudely said they did two days ago. They called to move it up, not cancel. I reluctantly rescheduled on a Saturday at 8am even though I had serious concerns about the competency of the office. No surprise, they failed to schedule the appointment again. I produced the appointment card provided by them indicating they scheduled me for that day. Even though I arrived at 8am on Saturday, the front desk said because I was not on the schedule, I had to wait so she could ask the medical ASSISTANT whether I could see the doctor. When I said this was unprofessional, and I wanted to talk to the doctor, the doctor was arriving LATE to his appointments. Dr. Kelley had patients waiting for over thirty minutes on a Saturday morning, there is no reason he shouldn't be on time. Arriving late demonstrates his patients' time is clearly not a priority to him.
The front desk is incredibly rude when they are the ones who made the mistake. They have no problems cancelling an appointment (twice) and wasting your time because they know you can't change your PCP quickly and you waited weeks for the appointment.
As I was leaving, the front desk snottily asked if I wanted corporates number and I said yes. I asked her to write it down and she rudely says "no you can write it down". When I asked for the names of the front desk, including hers, so I could provide them to corporate, she refused to provide a name.. She sarcastically smiled and said "you can leave" and she refused to provide her name after SHE suggested I call corporate with the complaint.
This office works on volume, the front staff is rude and borderline incompetent, I would never trust my health at an office where they staff can't even schedule an appointment. This office is focused on volume and money, not providing superior quality medical services to their patients. My advice is to pick another facility. Find a provider that focus on family practice and employs competent friendly staff.
