  • I felt compelled to write this about the experience my elderly mother had with this center on Twain Ave. She fell and broke her hip and wrist. Dr Bronstein was the Doctor on call in the hospital and did the wrist surgery. When attempting to make an appt. for a check-up, I was put on hold and after 20 minutes I hung up and called back just to be told they went to lunch. When we did get in they charged $50.00 for a wrist band. Today was her final check-up. I found out through the hip Doctor that a surgeon must see you for 90 days after without charge. Originally they were trying to get us to see an alternate Doctor due to my mom having Senior dimension. Today was the last straw. They took an x-ray of her wrist and when we were leaving said we had to pay $67.50. Staff was very rude. We were not asked if we wanted an x-ray nor were we told that there would be a charge. The amount may not seem like a lot to the Doctor, but it is a weeks groceries for my mom on Social Security. If given a choice I would avoid this Center.
