  • Picking up my best friend and golden retriever for the VERY LAST TIME. I have boarded him him for thousands of dollars after moving back to Ohio and working with some of the best vets, animal hospitals and boarding staffs. This place has become the absolute worst in my opinion. Not all of the staff is bad, the youth is great. But I have not had one nice encounter with any of the older female staff from the receptionists to the groomers that groomed him so bad when his normal puppy cut was requested - I think he was embarrassed. After the 3rd try I asked to talk with her and she had no time for polite or nice "I do not know what you want with him!! ". Funny! A puppy cut can be googled and the groomer in Cleveland had no problems making him not look like a standard poodle with huge back legs. God they are not dog people. Oh and they double the price of Remidyl. Epic disaster of a place.
