This has to be one of the finest Persian restaurants in the valley. Nothing fancy and located in a shopping center, this place serves the best Koobideh I have had since visiting Tehran in the late 70s. Flavorful, moist and tender with plenty of long grain saffron rice. It comes with all the right garnishes of roasted tomato and raw onion. The only thing missing is the raw egg yolk for the rice - but that is almost impossible to get a restaurant to serve these days. Also their hummus is also one of the best I have had - very, very creamy and delicious. AZ Kabob House is worth the visit - you won't regret it.
