  • Absolutely terrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They take advantage of students and do not hold up their end of the lease. I've waited two months for a simple thing to be fixed and my landlord knew about it for months. Didn't even try to respond to my emails or phone calls. When I finally tried to figure it out, I was verbally abused and mocked for saying that the uncleanliness of my apartment was making me physically sick. I was told that my lease didn't matter and that they'll fix something when we they feel like it. Do NOT rent from them, it'll be a huge mistake.
