One of my favorite Cuban places in Vegas. I think they have new management because the last time we went there their menu is different (more options - which is good) and the décor and overall ambiance was nicer. Ordered white rice with red beans and bistec de palomilla (with onions) and it was good, their fried plantains are very good too. This time my daughter ordered their pollo guisado/fricase and I don't know what happened but it tasted like burned (ahumado, como que se quemo en la olla y como quiera lo sirvieron) so I don't think we'll be ordering this dish anymore (it is a shame because we like this dish very much and in other occasions it was delicious). My husband had milanesa and it was very good too. I'm still giving them 4 stars and not 5 because of the incident with the pollo guisado/fricase. Please don't serve food if you know it doesn't taste good (it was obviously burned).
