  • I had gotten a gift certificate for this place and ended up getting a membership. Everything was fine...until I got a therapist who was sitting down the whole message and eventually fell asleep while massaging me! (yes he really did fall asleep about to fall over on to me!) Needless to say I was upset, didn't tip and called the next day to complain and to cancel my membership. They wouldn't let me cancel at all and offered me couple hours free massage and that i wouldn't be paired up with that therapist again. Im not really satisfied still...since then i haven't had any bad experiences with any of the therapists. I wouldn't recommend this location, I never recieved an apology from that therapist, even right after it happened.
