  • When it comes to alarm systems there is a myriad of choices. I wanted to go with someone local to Vegas since they have a vested interest in having a good reputation in the community as opposed to national security companies. Tom the sales rep was a great guy and John the owner (who did the install) is the best. He was patient with the installation, did a professional job using equipment (Honeywell) which has a long standing reputation. When certain aspects of the program for video was not exactly to John's liking he patiently worked through the programming aspects to get the desired result. Patience of a saint is the only way i can describe it. Both John and Tom are very nice people although each has their own unique personality. (that's a compliment :) ) I feel like I chose the right company and the equipment has worked flawlessly. Thanks, John, for a professional job and for just being a very nice guy. Update 10-11-16 I received a hand written card thanking us for our business. Classy move that is rarely seen.
