  • Ok... I want to love this place. Kids left with red sweaty faces. But here's the issue.... I arrived tonight with 8 kids. Ages 15, 14, 14, 13, 12, 12 and twins who are just shy of 2.5. No clear instructions or rules were explained. One course had a dodge ball game in progress. One area was closed. The main jump area was where we were all herded into. The older kids were instructed to go into the far right area, younger to the far left. The toddlers were told to stay in the middle. Where everyone is leaving and entering the trampoline. So first huge concern is that they were in constant risk of being ran over and jumped on by people entering/exiting. The guy in charge was CONSTANTLY changing the squares that the toddlers were allowed in. So at first we were restricted to the front two squares. Then suddenly that was changed to the two rear center squares. Then we were asked to please stay off of the center... But you cannot go into to left or right area because that was for the older/middle kids. So where?? We took a break and re entered at which point this entire confusing game started all over. I then approached him and asked, pointing directly at each specific square which ones they were allowed in. He pointed to 4, at which point I again pointed to those specific squares and confirmed it. Guess what?!? No more than 5 minutes later we were told they couldn't be in those squares!!! By this time several kids had left the trampoline, so it wasn't because there were too many or not enough open jump areas. Oh, and by this time the full right third of the jump area was EMPTY! Yet the toddlers couldn't go there either. Back to the front two squares. Being 2 1/2 they weren't very steady on their feet. Each and every time one fell we were asked to please pick them up, if they want to "rest" they need to be on the side. As we entered the square area to help them up we were then reprimanded because there is only one jumper per square.... Just trying to get the toddlers back on their feet, not jumping at all with them. Honestly I get that these are teenagers supervising, but there is a serious lack of communication and organization happening here. The older kids did have fun, but the way everything was handled for the younger kids made the entire trip miserable. We paid for 8 kids and 2 adults only to be constantly redirected and reprimanded for doing what had been asked of us 5 minutes prior. It wasn't a great experience.
