  • Service is so slow- like maybe 6 or 7 people waiting ahead of me and it's been 25minutes. The staff looks really young like it seems like they haven't had food service jobs before. Not friendly. If it's going to take this long for just a plain vanilla cup of ice cream, they could at least smile and apologize. I know it's new but this service is bad. 15.00 for two small cups of ice cream and a 30 minute wait.... I'm still waiting btw. I almost just want a refund. Never coming back- this staff needs training.
