  • After reviewing some comments about Sterling Land I felt compelled to write a positive review after a good two years renting from them. I Just finished graduate school and recently moved out of their apartments. I enjoyed the architectural detail of the building, especially the lobby and the apartment itself. I loved my apartment for its amazing amount of square footage, hardwood floors, mantels and spacious closets. I also appreciated the building's older concrete construction, which helped dampen noise from surrounding apartments. This is a plus for studying late. Lastly, the staff did a great job maintaining the common areas and I loved the fact that they signed for my packages and held them until I was ready to pick them up. Overall, I loved my apartment, and would definitely recommend Sterling Land to those who are interested.
