  • You got a groupon = crappy service!!! My husband got me a gel mani/pedi for my birthday and although she fit me in on short notice. That is were the customer service ended. Sorina was a disheveled mess and so was her work station. It was filthy. ;( I haven't had a mani/pedi in so long. I have a new baby, so I was looking forward to this. I wanted a French manicure but she insulted me and said it was old fashioned. She used improper tools to shed the dead skin on my heals. Ugh...so many things wrong. She didn't soak my nails during the manicure and kept hurting me when she was cutting my cuticles, even when she saw me grimace and drawback my hand. She complained about the groupon being posted and how she has been trying to have it removed since Jan 1st. The manicure was sloppy, it looks horrible. I will never come back to this establishment again. Thumbs down!!!
