  • This place is horrible!!! They removed my tire and deflated my tire to force me to buy a new tire! SCAM ARTIST!!!!! These jerks even destroyed my current flat tire so I was unable to put air back into it on my own. Completely unethical people!! I will never do business with Discount Tire, and I will go out of my way to make all my friends and family refuse to get service from Discount Tire I visited Discount Tire because I have a very slow leak in my tire. After waiting over an hour, the technicians remove my tire and inform me that the tire is not fixable. Not because I have a screw in a fixable spot, but rather that I drove a few miles with the tire low. I informed Discount that I would like to get a second opinion, so I want my tire placed back on my car, which they told me they were unable to do because of liability. Then the technician puts my temporary tire on and puts my flat tire back my car. I went home to inflate my tire when I realized that they purposely destroyed my valve so my tire cannot be filled with air.
