  • When my wife and I made the decision to sell our home, we contacted David. Bear in mind that we placed that call on a Saturday morning, and it was answered immediately, even though David was out of town. He offered to meet with us that afternoon, and actually returned to the valley and showed up on time. On a Saturday evening. Prepared to answer all our questions. Somehow, between speaking on the phone, at which time he was in Prescott, and arriving at our door in NE Mesa, he had researched our property, developed a list of comps and was prepared with a pricing and marketing strategy. And his input was to list our home more than $10K higher than what we thought the market would bear. This was also during the holidays and we were dubious about going on the market until January. We didn't want our listing aging because of the time of year. David patiently explained why we should list right away and at the price he suggested. His points were well thought out and supported with market data. So, despite our reservations, we agreed to put ourselves in his hands and hope for the best. We went live on the market on a Sunday evening in mid-December. I honestly expected we wouldn't have a single showing until after New Year's Day. To my great surprise, the phone began ringing off the hook. By Tuesday morning, we had two offers. By Tuesday evening, we were no longer showing the home and had accepted an over-asking-price offer. We just closed a week ago. David was spot on at every turn, and I can't express how pleased we are with how it turned out. It's hard to turn over control, but take the advice of the professionals, folks. That's what we pay them for! In summary, the entire experience was made so much less stressful due to David's communication style, as well as the expertise of him and his entire team. We cannot give him enough credit for an extremely fast and painless sale. Thank you, David!
