rev:text	This establishment has the worst customer service! When I initially entered, I wasn't greeted even though Brittany, the so-called shift manager was helping another customer. The least she can do was greet me. Then when it was my turn, she looked down at the floor or had her back turned to me the whole time. It's kind of hard to tell you my order if you always have your back turned to me. Then when I gave her the first order I specifically told her I had many ice creams to make. So the smart thing to do would have been put them in the freezer once they were done. But no, I had to instruct her of that. Kind of crazy if you're supposed to be a manager. Lastly, when it came time to make MY shake, I told her on numerous occasions that I wanted it really thick. She totally ignored that and me! When she was making the shake, all while she had her back to me, I kept trying to get her attention and tell her it was too milky. I called on her so many unanswered times that the gentleman sitting behind me told me she had no intention of answering me. Just sad. Then when I asked when the next time the owner would be in, she barked off that they come in randomly but that she was the manager. Um, who cares about your title?! Did I ask about your title?! I was asking about the manager. And yet people are always trying to pass laws on raising minimum pay for fast food and eating establishments... With customer service like this, they deserve the pennies on the dollar they make!
