My mom purchased a car from this dealership and her experience was stressful. She is elderly and on a fixed income but that made no difference when it came to her finance costs. She ended paying more monthly then the car she traded in. Because of this, the dealership promised to give her $400 her payoff so it seemed to her they were "helping".
She was also promised two finders fees for bringing in two other people who actually bought a vehicle.
Needless to say, she never received any of these payments. She would call them almost everyday to inquire about this money. They would tell her checks in the mail which was a lie. They even tried avoiding her any time she called.
She felt like giving up because she was feeling she had no voice and they didn't care about her situation. I ended up calling for her but decided to speak with Jeff who i was told was the General Manager of the dealership.
After explaining the fact that my mom was a senior living on a fixed income who I believed was being taken advantage of, Jeff promptly looked into her actual deal, called me back to apologize for everything then he fedexed both checks and she recieved them the very next day.
For that I would rate him 5 stars but I have to deduct 2 (should be more) for the initial problems she went thru.
