  • Rosa the manager tried to help in the beginning by offering a $10 coupon on a regular priced item until my son decided to get the buy one get one free then her attitude changed and was suddenly rude she blurted out you know it's only bogo off the regular price not the member price . I then said so I should just get the more expensive one then , right it would be the better deal ? I said I think I can find a 25% off and then she said I already rang you up its too late ???? I replied ok return it and take 25% off . She said he'll take you over there and told the young man , who honored the 25% off with just an adjustment by himself no coupon or manager key needed . She said you can have the sale . She was very aggressive, rude and disrespectful . Unfortunately I will have to only buy online or drive across town .
