  • The internet service was fine most of the time. I had to restart it sometimes to get it to work. My problem is that they signed me up for additional services without telling me. They snuck a monthly $12.99 charge for CTS Frontier Security on my card for several months. Luckily CTS Frontier will cancel the service and refund the money without any problems, but I still feel like this is a dishonest practice and I don't like to give my business to people who are dishonest.
