  • Today I had the worst customer service experience ever I have had in my entire life! Extremely disappointed! I only had one patient ahead of me, and the whole process from seeing the doctor took 3 hours! Of course they took me in almost in 10 minutes, talked to the nurse who was so sweet, then took about 40 minutes to just to talk to the doctor. Dr. Wendy was ignorant, just talked for a minute and disappeared for another 30 minutes. And she came telling me that I didn't forgot about you, which she clearly did, then waited another 30 minutes to check me out. Then waited 20 more minutes and waited for the paper work, and the nurse send the work note to a printer which doesn't work! And again have me wait another good 10 minutes to give me the note!! And listen to this!!! They wrote "1ml"for my medicine instead " 100 ml"!!!! I can't believe how unprofessional this is!!!! Just wow!!!! I live 30 minutes away, and now I have to go all the way to pick it up??? This is totally unprofessional!!!!! I will never go there again and I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!
