  • The first time I called Sharon answered at 4:30 pm and said "it's not like I wanted to go home" and another time when I called because I needed to get into contact with the gentleman that came out to our business Anne answered and when I explained the situation she said "well you should probably call Pete" I obviously don't have his number and both ladies were just sarcastic and rude. The repair technician wasn't but you should really look into hiring new staff to answer your phones.
