  • I would give this insurance company a zero if I could. We added a vehicle to our policy and our rates only went up about $15. We thought we were getting a great deal. Six months go by and out of the blue $500 is deducted from our checking account overnight with no warning. No notice, no letter, no phone call. They said the error was on their part but they were justified to withdraw what was owed. They caused our account to bounce and refused to see anything wrong with their actions. After I posted a message on their Facebook page, I received a message from our insurance broker( who was actually really great) that they had threatened to fire him if I spoke out anymore about their company. Needless to say that was the end of our relationship with that scam company.
