  • Called on a Tuesday afternoon seeing if they could look at my car as there was a small oil leak. They said to bring it in first thing the next morning. When I got there, they told me they wouldn't work on a Prius, even if the issue had nothing to do with the battery. Would have been fine if they told me that when I called the day before.... No worries though, a place down the street took me right in and it was only a $10 fix. Three stars for poor communication.
