Where do I start? With the first car we picked with the broken AC? Or the fabulous customer service rep, Shasa, with whom I spoke several times on different days trying to get a 4 door sedan with working AC? It was a challenge and I had to deal with many, many people, some who were very helpful like Shasa on the phone and the agents in the Louisville CO office that gave me the car I ended up with, and some who were not so helpful, like the girl at the DIA office who told me I didn't rent from her so she wasn't gonna help me, (this was after Shasa had spoken with her and told me to call the DIA office!) and the guy at the Broomfield enterprise office who yelled back at my husband after he started yelling at the guy when he told me calling around to rental places in the area to find me the type of car I had paid for was not his job and to do it myself. WHAAAAAAAAT????
And then there's the fact that a Nissan sedan is full size according to Alamo but only a regular sedan with other rental companies. I could have gotten a bigger car for the same price elsewhere.
I will probably not be renting with Alamo/Enterprise again...
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of SHASA! She was pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful to the degree that she was able. She deserves a raise!
