Terrible Experience. Whenever I attempted ask a question regarding the rental or rental policies the employees seemed to behave as if I were inconveniencing them. They would not bother searching for the information and provided brief and unclear answers. When I returned the vehicle I was informed that there would a charge for not refueling, I said I was turning around so that I could refuel and was not informed that would not be possible. If the person speaking to me would have said that I would have begrudgingly accepted the charge. Instead my time was wasted turning around driving back. On my subsequent call I tried to explain that my experience with the poor communication by this store lead to a terrible customer experience for me. The person kept trying to talk over me and not listen to my concerns regarding an overall poor experience and instead kept saying I was told about the fuel charge at the time of rental. However, while I did see the signage regarding it at no time did an employee mention the fuel charge at time of rental. The person hung up on me and when I called back and asked for a manager I was told that I had to come to store to speak with a manager. I told the person that I did believe him that was the policy and filed a complaint with the national Hertz line where the customer service was excellent. This location is terrible I suggest shopping with another Hertz location or a competitor.
