  • I love this RIBFEST!!! Probably a little more since it always seems to fall on or around my birthday :) This Ribfest has really improved over the past 5 years, but it's in a great location right across the street from Square One which means tons of free parking. It's very organized as well, which is helpful at a chaotic event like a ribfest. The VIP fast pass is totally worth it by the way, since the line ups can get super long. The $10 pass also gives you access to a VIP seating area - its clean and has it's own porta-johns too, so there are perks. The live bands that play throughout the event are great local talent, so it's nice that they get to be showcased alongside the yummy yummy ribs. They have an abundance of fried goodies as well, like funnel cakes, deep fried mars bars, and elephant ears...be sure to come on an empty stomach! I look forward to this ribfest every year, it's one of the best!
