Ordered a medium peppermint mocha with nonfat milk. Got to the window and it was $2.16 but I thought she said 2.60 so I paid it and then pulled forward, looked at my receipt and it says a small nonfat sugar free vanilla cappuccino.. not the same thing... figured they mixed up my order with the person behind me since they have the double drive through. Ask the girl if it's a mocha and she said no it's the cappuccino. I told her I ordered a medium mocha and she said "well you paid for this right?" And I told her I just looked at the receipt which is why I'm confirming.. she told me I need to pull around and park because she needs to remake it but she needs to make everyone else's drinks first.. there was like 7 cars behind me! I said "you have to make all of there's before you'll make it?" And she said yes. WOWWWWWW. I said no thank you and left. What type of customer service is that? I don't care where you work, have some respect and common sense.
