  • Taking a hot air balloon tour could not have been more elegant and exquisite than Float made it. It was an absolutely spectacular experience. So professional, but they also made it so much fun. We arrived at the loading vans where they gave us warm welcomes, made us Cartel Coffee (some of the best known coffee around Phoenix), and homemade fresh out of the oven Mexican wedding cookies. They took us to the take off area, the tour guide was so friendly and gave so much fun information on the way. Additionally, the staff welcomed us all with open arms to take part in the entire process of ballooning so you're not just an observer riding a balloon. It's much more involved than that and the real experience. The baskets were very spacious and they were very considerate/conscious about how many of us they put with each balloon. We had a very knowledgeable pilot that was so wonderful and knew everything there was to know about Phoenix as we were flying and the history of ballooning. Once we landed, the photographer, Mark, was so helpful and so happy to offer us as many great photos as possible. They then set up a table in the desert with beautiful desert rain fragrances, made us an incredible full course meal right there, and showed us how to make the most tasty champagne cocktail. It allowed us and encouraged us to bond with our ballooning neighbors who we all became friends with by the end of the tour as well. This tour is so unique, fulfilling, and full of happiness. The staff is what makes this tour worth it. Please don't skip out on doing this tour with such an incredible company and make the mistake of booking with someone else. You will not regret it and like us you'll probably be checking your schedule to see when you can book with them again. Thank you so much to Float for a wonderful, beautiful experience.
