  • I am a current resident. The complex just moved my car and they are charging me money for that move because I had no other options and honestly forgot that today was the day they were renovating the complex-Was I supposed to pay exorbitant fees at a parking garage for a whole day? Who knows- no options from the complex were given- just move your car or you'll be fined 83 dollars. Last I checked parking was supposed to be included in the lease- they should have provided parking at a local parking structure. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Also, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, the gates are broken, the dogs defecate in the fake green grass and it gets on your shoes when you walk through, staff looks at you like you're an alien when you ask for help- we also had no hot water for almost 2 months because they refused to acknowledge we needed a new water heater. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
