I've been going to Dolce pretty much since it opened years ago and they've now worn through any good will built up over time. When the salon first opened the staff were pleasant and the services dependable but over the years its degraded into a dollar store den of snobbery and sloppiness. I booked an appointment recently just to be told my stylus was fired when I got there, and dumped off onto another stylus that was obviously even more annoyed at the situation that I was. The register clerk was rude, helping customers that had been waiting less time than I had been before me. I should have known not to go back when I got my mother a gift certificate for a chocolate pedicure and hour massage and they gave her a regular pedicure and only a 30 min massage and did not seem remorseful or offer to compensate us for the difference due to their folly. The store front is so crowded with cheap do-dads that the line needlessly goes out the door and makes the place look like a flea market.
Rude, incompetent sloppy little money grubbers. Pamper yourself by going elsewhere.
