  • American Home Shield sent CNJ to my house to replace my water heater all was fine and the estimator was nice......... Then I got a call from AHS and guess what $450.00 worth of bull$h!t code upgrades that magically matched the cost of installation (bait and switch????). Not only did I cancel the order (after having to spend $75.00) but I cancelled my service with AHS. NEVER once did Brandon at CNJ mention anything that wasn't covered and I just had the heater replaced in 2008 and NO code issues were found at that time.
