  • I made an appointment here for two, my sister and I. First when I called, I made it clear that we want to get the nails done together, however, they only had one technician available, the other lady was busy with another customer. Without even telling us how long we had to wait, the technician just took care of my sister and I was just sitting there waiting for someone to get the job done for me. After 30mins of waiting, my sister was half way done, so I told them to not worry about me, then the lady started lecturing me about how waits always happen, and how it's JUST NAILS. How does a person talk about her own job like this? She kept babbling words about how I don't get their situation because I am in a bad mood and whatsoever. She told me she will get them done fast for me, and I refused, then she started babbling again. Fyi, a lady walked in saying she had an appointmnet while my sister is half way done. If I ended up getting the nails done, how long would have she waited to get her nails done?? TIME IS VALUABLE PEOPLE, HAVE SOME RESPECT. PS. My sister's nails are bumpy, uneven and she did full color nails when she asked for deep french. I do not recommend, and will never go back.
