This company was sourced to repair the pool light at the home I was purchasing. The seller agreed to cover the cost to fix. I moved in a couple weeks after the work was done. I turned the light on the first night I was here and after 3 minutes the power to the light tripped, and went out. Issue continues. Having the receipt for the work done ($279 paid) I called these guys to come out and fix. The technician came out and admitted to not testing the unit more than seeing it power on after replacing the bulb. He told me what needed to be done and that he would call me after talking to the two companies involved. After two weeks without a call, I reached out. I was told that neither company would cover it because the warranty doesn't transfer from the person who paid for the service. I was shocked. I understand why the original company wouldn't cover it. They didn't do the work. B and L basically stole almost $300 from the gentleman who paid for a service. They apparently don't care about the quality of work they do to tell me it's not their problem anymore. When hearing this news, the technician told me the repair would cost roughly $450. I asked if there is anyway they could at least help me on that price based on the situation. He told me he would ask. It's been 3 weeks since that call, no contact. At this point I'm glad they didn't call me back and help me out with the price. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a company.
