Hi Lorna,
First off you have been solid as management has been concerned, so this e mail is not pointed at you but the following;
Both Kevin and I have decided to stay through our lease till the end of February 2017
( because we have no choice ) for the following reasons :
1.) You as Coronado Crossing ( SIMPSON MANAGEMENT ) refuse to return my deposit money ( $ 1,240.00 ) that I put down in good faith that was requested from you
( Coronado Crossing Apts ) at the time of my moving in to unit # 2152 in May 2015. Even when another person solely takes over that Apt in their own name and responsibility. That's theft ....
2.) And you want $1,800.00 from me to break the lease early, not willing to use my Deposit above as money towards that amount as requested. Funny how that works??
3.) So as far as I can see it , Coronado Crossing is giving me no options, on purpose and its obvious that you are trying to keep as much of my money ($$) deposited as possible, were ever possible. ( YELP REVIEWS )
4.) I have lived here for two years, and really have had more issues with the apts ( Ice maker broke many times, ants crawling all over my home and kitchen, air condition unit going out in the middle of July ,( by the way 114' degrees), the wood counters, cabinets, are so old they are starting to smell like the wood is rotting, the appliance's are 20 yrs old at least., and many other issues) than good. I have overlooked these issues because the staff has been nice. Which is quite unnerving because there is such a high rate of turn over of staff, that every time I go in to get a package, drop off rent etc , there is always someone new not really knowing what they are doing. ( NOT GOOD ) Your management company ( SIMPSON MANAGEMENT ) did a fantastic job masking and hiding interior issues, to the public eyes, with the exterior painting of the apts and re sealing the driveways'.
5.) So basically we are getting ( Screwed ) either way with Coronado Crossing and all its glory of advertising and marketing how great this ( SIMPSON ) managed property is such a great place to live to the public.
6. This letter to u is going to posted on your Facebook, and on Yelp, and where ever else I can find that deems necessary, to let the public know of your bullying practices

7.) So my fellow Yelpers, by all means POSSIBLE stay clear of the property at
"ALL COSTS " literally..... terrible, terrible place to rent...!!!!
