  • Just got out.... and I'm very disappointed. There were multiple things that just didn't meet my expectations. 1. The young girl dental assistant forgot to put the protective sleeve for my x rays. I had to remind her. 2. That same girl dropped one of the dental instruments & she left on the floor for about 20 minutes; she finally picked it up & cleaned it with an alcohol wipe. I wonder if that is the procedure they follow all the time....... No sterilization? 3. Every time I go, I just went in 04/17 they recommend a new filling. I go to the dentist frequently this makes no sense to me.... I didn't know I get a new cavity every 4months. Dentist now recommended 2 new fillings! &&& she didn't fully address my concerns. I wanted options to whiten my teeth. Seems they want your money $$$$$$$$ 4. The woman dentist left filling material behind my teeth... gotod thing I told her something! Isn't a dentist supposed to know this? 5. Seems like they have new people, didn't recognize any of the employees. I will not be back I really liked them when I came the last 5 times but this was the last time I will come. I no longer recommend!
