The ambience was casual and the service was not too bad.
The place itself smells a like an ashtray, but they have pool tables and great drinks specials for happy hour during the week; I went there on a Saturday night.
I ordered the fish and chips, on the menu it said it was beer battered fish and made it sound delicious. It arrived in a timely manner and it was obvious it was frozen before it was cooked. I have had fish and chips at other places, this was by far the worst I have ever had; however, the tarter sauce and the fries was the best part of the meal. My husband ordered the he meatball sub with fries and he didn't think too much of it.
I would go back specifically during the week for the drinks specials and would make plans to eat before or after.
