I set up a minimum contract of one year with this company and wasn't able to use their services for 8 months. I was automatically charged $60.00 a month. At the end the year I had to cancel. I was told by the manager if I didn't use the $480.00 worth of massages in 30 days I would forfeit all the massages and lose the $480.00. If I kept paying them the $60.00 a month it wouldn't be a problem. The manager offered no other alternative solutions.
This was a gift for my wife. She will eventually use the services, but it may take longer than 30 days. Admittedly; we are partially to blame because we did not utilize their services. What I feel is unfair is the tactics used to pressure us into continue paying or lose the money we already invested for their services.
Update: I was contacted by the Business Manager and she arranged for us to have more time to use the services we purchased. She was very courteous and professional. I feel she handled our issue and I consider this matter resolved.
