They are about as bad as usps in terms of customer service and website usability. Each time I have an issue (owing to their incompetence) and am forced to look for an answer on their site or through their customer service on the phone, I dread it. I will say, when you actually get someone on the phone, they are quite helpful (with usps you will rarely ever get anyone on the phone).
The internet speed is good - better than other offers, but these telecommunication companies have eaten tons of tax payer dollars without laying comensurate fiber.
Message to cox: fix your deplorable website.
