  • The bagels are good. The service is terrible. Long lines & they write everything down & often don't get it right. They need a bagels only, nothing on them, line. Baffles me that they apparently ran places on Long Island like this with 5x the population. I don't go as often simply due to this. Each person in front of you takes about 5 minutes so you can figure how long you'll be there.
