The customer service for this company is putrid. First we started off the day by getting to the pickup point at Circus Circus at 8:00am and our scheduled pick up time was set for 8:25am. The bus picked up at a completely different location than what was stated on the receipt. I waited 10 minutes until after our pickup time to call. When I called the customer service tried to blame me for missing the bus even though I was down at the pickup location 25 minutes before pickup. She was incredibly rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak. She continued to argue and took 10 minutes until she said we could take a taxi to the terminal to catch the bus and after she did that, she hung up on me. She never gave me an address or anything, luckily it was the address on my receipt. We took a taxi which was an extra $30 onto the trip. Once we got their to check in, the lady at the counter was distant, not helpful, and rude. The bus was nice however and the bus driver was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was dead on with his times and very helpful. The Hoover Dam itself was fun and enjoyable, but I'd suggest that if you want to go on any tours, do it through a different company and save yourself the hassle of the horrible overall customer service of the Grand Canyon Tour Company.
