This is the second time I had to reported Panda Express to Corporate office... The drive thru wait time is horrible, This is the second time I have waited in the parking lot for over 20 mins, for my family order. I had to call and speak to the Manager, who seem like he doesn't care at all, or understand about good customer service... I really don't get it, whats the problem at this location.. Dysart and even the Watson location seem to have basic understand that customers is the reason, they have a job?? SMH......
