  • As an avid eyelash extension wearer I can be quite hard on technicians. I expect great results and even better customer service. From the get go Carmen has been beyond great. I texted her with typical questions (rates, location availability) and she responded quickly. She advised me that she would be out of town and asked if I could book when she got back. To my surprise when her vacation was over she reached out to me and asked if I still wanted to book. I loved the fact she took the time to remember me. It made me feel valued. As I got to my appointment I was pleasantly surprised with how cute her shop was. It had a very "zen" feeling and was extremely relaxing (not to mention the most comfortable bed I have been on) Carmen did a classic full set on me and was very fast. The results: amazing! She knew just what to do on my almond shaped eyes and didn't over do it. Not to mention this was the only time I have gotten my lashes done where they didn't stick to my lower lashes! I cant wait for my fill in 2 weeks.
