I was a little wary after reading the negative reviews on here, but I was desperate and this was the closest auto place to my apartment. I called them at 7am, by 9am they had towed my car and were checking it out. By 4pm Tim had called me and let me know what he found. I opted to not have him check out some of the issues that I already knew about, because the labour to pull out my tranny would have been $375, which I just didn't have. But as soon as I told him to ignore that stuff he dropped it and didn't push it. The cost to do the diagnostics/pressure test on my cooling system was $95. I expected at least that. When he called me the next day to tell me that it looked like it was a cracked hose with a messed up clamp way in the back, he told me he would replace the hose and clamp and if that fixed the issue all he would charge me was the $95 for the diagnostics and $36 for the towing. Mind you, my car was completely un-driveable. So for $131 out the door, it would be fixed and would stop overheating. Now while $131 may seem like a lot for a busted hose, it's more than ok for me considering I don't have the means to jack my car way the hell up to get to all the back hoses etc. Tim was courteous, professional and one of the least pushy car shop guys I've come across. I'd recommend this shop to any of my friends.
