  • Chris and his team leader were spectacular in their customer service. They both went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was buying and how to use it and why. It is my first time being in a house with a spa and so I was asking tons of questions. It was really nice to have such great service from a retail store when they really didn't have to go through the lengths to teach me and make me feel confident about maintaining the spa.
