We decided to stop here spontaneously for an early dinner on our trip home. We arrived early and were seated a the bar for drinks while we waited for dinner service to begin. Once seated we started with a plate of cheeses selected by our server Robert. All of the cheeses were absolutely delicious, but the Red Dragon stood out as exceptional. I ordered pan seared sea scallops with the pappardelle mushroom pasta. The entire dish was perfectly cooked. My wife ordered the slow braised short ribs. They were tender and flavorful. She followed this with a pumpkin creme brûlée for dessert which was generous in size and delicious. This was one of my all time favorite meals and restaurant experiences. The food was terrific and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend requesting Robert if he is available. His recommendations were superb and his British accent was charming.
