| - I called to see if they could make a tie and pocket square out of my daughter's prom dress material for her date, and they assured me they would. Once the promised completion date had arrived, she kept calling to say she was behind. It was not ready until the Friday night before the prom. The tie was of such poor quality, her date cannot wear it, and it is now too late to get one from the tuxedo rental place. The stitching is crooked, with part of it machine stitched, and part of it hand-stitched. Some of the stitching was done with a different color thread and shows, and looks like a first grader was learning to sew, as it is not even straight. One side of the point at the bottom of the tie is 2", with the corresponding side only 1.5." And the small end of the tie doesn't even come to a point but is sloppily GLUED down with no shape at all. In addition, the pocket square isn't square, but looks like she just cut a scrap of material out in whatever shape her scissors landed and then hemmed it. I can't imagine what would have happened if we had let her alter the $500 prom dress, and not been able to pick it up until the night before the prom. Very scary. We will never be back.
