I've been a loyal customer to cox communications for 3 years at my residence. I can honestly say I'm not satisfied! Horrible Cable service as well as Internet service.. I never have service in my area. Not a day passes by that I don't have to call to get technical support.. I had a technician out on Saturday September 3rd. All new equipment. He was at my residence for 4 hrs.Technician couldn't even figure out issues. next day service didn't work again called spoke to representative for 40 minutes.. called today asked to speak to supervisor to cancel service. And representative,hung up on me! SO IF YOU WANT TO OVER PAY. AND CONSTANT FRUSTRATION WITH YOUR TV SERVICE. GET COX COMMUNICATIONS.
