| - I went in here yesterday with a few friends that have never been into lush. What I did earlier was I bought a few soaps and bath bombs for a friend and I really wanted one of them for myself so I went back.
1. Although the soap I wanted (Christmas Eve) was seasonal and therefore out of stock, they were really nice and recommended all these things around the store they thought I may like. Their customer service is next to none. I got a sample of an expensive facial scrub (Angels on Bare Skin) and they were very kind about it, even though I ended up not buying anywhere. The sample was a lovely size, good enough for at least 3 uses!
2. Two of my friends were guys and they just stood there smelling soaps. Again, customer service was great. They acted like they were completely used to this (probably was LOL) and let them.
3. They tested some nice things on my hand and it was sooooo soft after. A plus, definitely.
4. When I mean customer service, I don't mean one girl doing everything while the rest stands there watching or staring into space. What I experienced was like hotel service. One girl welcomed us as we walked in and offered lotion, another got me the sample, another told us what was in stock and what wasn't, and another recommended what to use for what skin, etc. Did I mention they all knew everything about each product, including the random odd fact?
5. When we left the store, my friend (who can be very picky with stores) said, "now THAT'S how you do customer service!"
Nuff said, guys.
